Hey guys,

Skoll investments has a live deal to take U.S. IP that was manufacturing
nextgen solar panel technology in China and bring it back to the U.S.

They have started state-by-state bakeoffs for BIG manufacturing facilities
(like shuttered plants that the state will help pay to re-open). No
tax-credit ask.

So:

- Do you have a Delaware econ dev guy who can dive in fast? (AZ is leader
now but Skoll would prefer a blue state)

- Do you have any other state that is good for the VP to be seen as
partnering with to bring the plant to their state? PA?

This is multi-$100m+ investment with $80k/yr line jobs. It could be the
anti-Carrier example if done right.

Happy to get anyone on a call with his Chief Investment Officer (who loves
Joe).
