This is the gentleman that owns the Shaw Group. Jim Bernhard is the former Democratic Chair of Louisiana. At one time, the DSCC wanted him to run against Vitter.

Bernhard is growing incredibly frustrated by the Administration. There was an article that stated that Valerie Jarret was reaching out to new friends in the business community. So I sent this stuff to Messina who said he would push but no promises.
