The fondest memories of Christmas food for me was at Fran and Dorothy's house where Dorothy always had four things and forgot to serve two fo them.

Lets go with Italian Sausage and peppers. I actually also remember having a fine feast at Johnny and Michele's that they served for another occasion. It was Portillo's Italian beef, salads, and sausage.
