Hunter asked me to send you our signed copy of the latest version of the contract you sent yesterday. We accepted all the changes. The only exception and small change we made was to make Rosemont Seneca Advisors the name of the entity signing the contract instead of Rosemont Seneca Partners. "Advisors" is the entity that does the advisory work and from which the invoicing will be done.

If that is OK with you, all is fine on our end and we can finalize the contract.
