_2011 Membership Information_


2010 was a very successful year for DAGA. We welcomed 26 new members in 2010
and hosted some of our most highly attended events in our history. Our
record-breaking fundraising this year allowed us to support Democratic
incumbents and candidates in 20 states. This success could not have been
achieved without your support. We hope that you will continue your support
in 2011.

DAGA will roll out our resources including our AG and Staff Directory,
Election Guide, Campaign Finance Guide and more in the New Year. We will
also offer new programming and engagement opportunities throughout 2011 to
enhance our calendar. We are accepting pre-payment of 2011 dues. DAGA also
offers a comprehensive sponsorship package to augment your membership and
raise your profile within DAGA.

We expect a fantastic turn out for this event and have confirmed 19
Attorneys General and Attorneys General Elect for this event. Please join

Thurbert Baker (GA), Steve Six (KS), Jack Conway (KY), Buddy Caldwell (LA),
Janet Mills (ME), Doug Gansler (MD), Jim Hood (MS), Chris Koster (MO),
Catherine Cortez Masto (NV), Gary King (NM), Roy Cooper (NC), Richard
Cordray (OH), Patrick Lynch (RI) and Attorneys General-Elect, George Jepsen
(CT), Eric Schneiderman (NY) and Peter Kilmartin (RI) for this festive
event. Last year we hosted 13 Attorneys General and 200 of our supporters.
We hope that you will join us to celebrate with your fellow DAGA members and
the Attorneys General in the final DAGA event of 2010!

DAGA is not holding a room block for this event, however there are a number
of surrounding hotels within close proximity of Founding Farmers.

DAGA will also hold our Roundtable Members and Sponsors Appreciation
Luncheon on Wednesday, December 8 from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. This event is by
invitation only. You will receive a separate invitation for this event if

is cold this time of year with a chance for some freezing precipitation or
snow. DAGA will have a coat-check available to hold your outerwear during
the party.

_2011 DAGA Winter Policy Conference_
_January 28-29, 2011_

DAGA will return to beautiful Key Biscayne, Florida in January 2011! Mark
your calendar for the 2011 DAGA Winter Policy Conference on January 28-29,
2011 at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne at 455 Grand Drive in Key Biscayne.
Last year, DAGA hosted 13 Attorneys General and 175 of our members for this
event. This year, we look forward to introducing our new Attorneys General
to our membership.

DAGA’s room block is now open and you may book your room by [9]clicking

block. We have negotiated a preferred rate of $255.00 per night plus taxes
and fees. Please note that the room block closes on January 7, 2011 and we
cannot guarantee availability or rates if the room block sells out before
that date, so make your reservation early. The Ritz-Carlton requires a
credit card to reserve your room. The Ritz-Carlton has a 72 hour
cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 72 hour window, you will be
charged one full-night’s stay. If you choose to cancel and we are unable to
re-sell your room, you will be responsible for one full-night’s stay. If

DAGA is building an agenda and will provide you with additional details of
the conference after the elections. Registration will open in mid-November.
In the meantime, you should plan to arrive in Key Biscayne by lunchtime on
Friday, January 28 and stay through dinner on Saturday, January 29 to
participate in all portions of the conference. Dress for the Winter Policy
Conference is business casual/resort casual. The weather in south Florida is
pleasant this time of year with highs in the mid-70’s and lows in the
lower-60’s.
