Hello All -- Two files attached:

(i) Revised marketing deck reflecting 11% preferred IRR to LPs and 20%
thereafter to GP in event of sale before maturity (page 4).

(ii) Anecdotal supplement to the PWC model. Consolidated all the various
tabs and financial statements into one simple cash flow worksheet and one
input worksheet. Created this in order to make the model more tractable for
us internally as well as potential LP conversations. I can update this very
easily as PWC makes changes to the model/cap structure. This is not meant
to replace PWC's model; rather, it is meant to supplement on an anecdotal
basis.
