Devon and I have a call tomorrow at 2pm with Curt from Vide.


I am just checking in to see if the Thad/Ronnie/Chris/Hunter call-meeting
has happened yet. If so, what happened?


If not, has it been scheduled?


Please let us know one way or the other.


We will proceed and let you know.


MOU Alert:


I know the "Vide" guys were concerned / "spazzed" by the "6 month"
time-frame of the MOU back in June and that it was too long to make a deal.
Thank goodness we were smart enough to put a 6 month lock-up term in the MOU
(J) . . . or they are really smart and just waited us out (L). . . who
knows.


With that said, we are in the last month of the MOU which expires 1/15/11.


Based on our current path and track record, we should extend the MOU for an
additional 6 months if we want to pursue an Analytics deal, as we won't have
a legal agreement in place by 1/15/11. Or if we don't, we lose exclusivity
to negotiation a commercial arrangement with Vide/IPS, which we would not
want to throw away after all the time and energy allocated to this venture.
