Attached please find my self evaluation for 2017. I expect to be finished with the evaluations of staff by 1/31/18 and will make my written recommendations. I would anticipate the Board will have sufficient time to review and make salary adjustments if appropriate at the April 2018 meeting, which is two weeks before Claudine’s one year anniversary.
