This is the agenda I was thinking of sending around for the Aqua call tomorrow. What do you think?

Abe will say he's close on the Barclays financing, but I'd really like to hear his plan there. How much? When? Should we be helpful in bringing in investors?

He'll also say he's committed to DE if he manufactures in the U.S.

Finally, he asked me yesterday if we had contacts in Kuwait. I would suggest you go meet with the Kuwaiti Ambassador on this (he'd definitely see you) but I also hate when they ask us last minute and we need to see a written deal on the table from him and a going forward plan before doing anything.

He'd be much better off coming to DC soon and you arranging meetings at IDB and with the Kuwaiti Ambassador. You'd close that deal with the Kuwaitis I bet.
