Do you know who the point person is for Amtrak regarding the Florida HSR consortium with SNCF and Bechtel? Is it Al Engel? I know CAF wants to be sure they are speaking to the right person at Amtrak about being a part of that consortium and I wasn't sure if there was a formal process going on to identify a rolling stock provider now that the consortium has been officially announced.
