<p>According to our system, your child has received more than 8 =oints this quarter. Because your child has received more than 8=points before the end of this quarter, she/he will be in loss of priv=lege status (LOP). When this happens, students must spend every=free period in study hall for 5 days and lose their off-campus privil=ges; teacher signatures for each class period prove that the student =as stayed within the restrictions.</p>

If there are any questions about the points, please encourage=your child to check his/her points on educator online in the student =ortal, to come into the Dean’s office to talk with Susanna Park=r, Assistant to the Dean of Students, or feel free to contact me to d=scuss this further. Please note, according to the student handb=ok (page 35 under the title “The Point System”), your stu=ent has one week from the date points are earned to resolve any error= in his/her record.
