I had lunch with Phil Kenny last week and it looks like they are going to move forward with you guys.
He did tell me about the merger, which is not done yet and may not happen anyway.

He mentioned Saudi Arabia as a starting point as it looks like they have made good headway with people there regarding a massive project management deal.

He is a huge fan of you (no surprise) so it looks good..
