Good Morning!

As you may recall we had some difficulties in scheduling the Board meeting
for this week. In lieu of having an in person meeting where we have no
quorum, we will have a board call on Friday April 27th at 12noon.

In addition to general quarterly updates, we will also decide on a date to
hold an in-person meeting during the month of May.

Please let me know if you are able to make the call on Friday April 27th at
noon.
