Dear Board of Directors,

I am looking forward to seeing you for our Spring Board meeting on May 22-23, 2018 in Washington, D.C. With all that is happening in Washington and around the globe, we have much to discuss and I look forward to your wise counsel and guidance.

We have already confirmed two significant guests for our meeting that will be extremely important in advancing our effort: Nick Ayers, Chief of Staff, Vice President Pence and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

A note on the schedule:


* Due to the schedules of Mr. Ayers and Majority Leader McCarthy, we will be starting the Board Meeting earlier than usual and ask that you please plan to be with us from 7:45am Tuesday, May 22 until 10:00am on Wednesday, May 23.

* We will not use all of this time, but as we work to finalize our agenda and use your time most effectively, please hold and we will share updates on the final schedule as it comes together.

* Please note that as of now, we will meet at the St. Regis Hotel at 7:45am on Tuesday, May 22 and provide transportation to the Eisenhower Executive Office Building for our first meeting.

* We will be providing transportation throughout the day, including to Capitol Hill for our meeting with Majority Leader McCarthy. All other meetings will take place at the St. Regis.
