Hi folks, Just got off the phone with Joe Cowhey, our funder in Bucks County. We’re all set for a 12 - 2 event on Tuesday, May 9 at Huntington Valley Country Club. It’s a great location just a few miles of the PA Turnpike. Valerie, it’s about 75 min from Kennett Square and the same from Greenville, DE. We’ll have a crowd of about 125-150 people - local donors, Joe’s vendors (who write the bigger checks), and our programming partners in the community. It’ll be a buffet, not a seated lunch. I’m suggesting that you folks plan to arrive at 12:30, mingle for 30 min, make remarks at 1:00, mingle again at 1:30 and be out of there by 1:45 or 2 so you beat the turnpike traffic. I’ll put together a more formal memo in the next week or so, once we have a more fleshed out guest list. Let me know if you have any questions.
