Meeting went very well and many thanks for the intro. He seems to know his stuff and is obviously very aggressive (in a good way). Though there are a ton of details we’ve yet to broach, it’s a very interesting proposition he’s putting forward for us, and I do think something like it will make sense on some of our buildings over the medium- and long-term, particularly on our new acquisitions and particularly once we’re able to roll up the portfolio. That said, it will take a lot of time and resources on both our and his end to figure it out. we’re hiring an additional resource to focus on this and many other similar areas very soon, and I’ll definitely put them on it at the highest priority, but for the next few months, it’s difficult to see enough immediate benefit to pull people off all the other very time critical things we have going on in the fundraising, acquisitions, and general improvement of the portfolio management operation.
