Dear DAGA Members and Friends,

Tune into CSPAN tomorrow morning (Thursday, February 9th) at 10:00am
EST to cheer on Massachussets Attorney General Martha Coakley as she
debates Virginia Attorney General Ken Cucinelli on the
constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act at the National Press
Club. The attorneys general have been invited to address several
aspects of the upcoming Supreme Cour case, including the mandate, tax
basis, the general welfare aspect, expansion of Medicaid, and
severability.
