BIDEN 2016 WATCH: "ALL IN" - High level Dem passed on an email from Beau Biden, Joe Biden's son, urging recipients to click on an e-card to congratulate the Vice President on his second inauguration. This person described the email as an effort by the Bidens to start building the 2016 campaign list. But what will Joe Biden do if Hillary Clinton runs?

From the Dem source: "Bill is already running for FMOTUS ... Once her head clears (literally), [Hillary Clinton] be making her intentions very clear and her intention will be to redeem her last campaign and make some history of her own. ... Demography is history. She and her close-in team like the changing face of the American electorate and think it bodes well for her chances.

"If she runs, Biden, Cuomo, Martin O'Malley and everyone else with WH ambitions will need a Plan B. ... My sense is that [Biden] will hang tough, at least for the prelims. He already ran twice, and Obama's success against her isn't lost on him. In his own mind he's asking 'What do I have to lose'? If he inherits some of the Obama technical campaign prowess he might keep it interesting. That's what Beau's email was about."
