Arlene,

Brad, Jay and I met and we all agreed that we're interested in further discussing the potential to work together. We would like to have another call with all us to go over a few more questions. I know you're on vacation and Brad is on vacation next week, so how about on either the 27th or 28th? I think an hour to 1.5 hours for the call will be sufficient.

From there I believe the next step in the due diligence process is for Brad to come down and meet your team in DC, which he'll be available for post his vacation.

Please let me know some times that would work for you for a call, otherwise enjoy your vacation.
