There are three key items I was hoping to review during tomorrow's
meeting with Lt. Gov. Newsom. Please let me know if any of these
subjects are 'off-limits', so to speak.

1. Medi-Cal moratorium:

3. Medical licensing issues in CA. We have a superb lab director
candidate in queue. He has a molecular genetics pathology background
and has been educated in CA at Stanford. However, the renewal of his
license will take 6-9 months to process by the state.
