Mr. President-

I am still checking on my Dad's schedule for the period you will be up here. I know he is going to Mexico and Honduras for part of the time you will be up here, but I'll let you know once I get a better idea of his full schedule and availability.

In the meantime, Cesar Uzeda, OAS' International CEO, will be in DC on March 6th and 7th. Since I am told that you have an interest in being helpful to OAS in Colombia, I think it would make sense while you are here to meet with him and discuss the specifics of how your relationship with OAS would work. Ideally, it would be great if you and I could meet prior to a meeting with OAS, so we could discuss what OAS is looking for and at the same time I would like to talk to you about another business opportunity. I am free Friday the 2nd or Monday the 5th if either of those dates work. I don't want to take up too much of your time, so feel free to let me know what works best for you and I can work around your schedule.
