Let me know the time and I will try to join as well. From: Ron Sallerson [mailto:ron@zerocancer.org] Sent: Wednesday, January 25, 2012 10:52 AM To: Mike Smith; Mike Manatos; Alkin, Joshua; Rob Walker; Hunter Biden Cc: Jamie@ZeroCancer.org Subject: Nationals Park I just received a call from Catherine Silver at Nationals Park letting me know that the Presidents Club will be undergoing renovations and will NOT be ready by March 16th. She has offered us the Diamond Club AND use of the Clubhouse. The Diamond Club is on an upper level, however, so it will be a slight logistical challenge going from an upper level to the main level with the Clubhouse and batting cages. One thought is that we serve some refreshments in the Clubhouse, along with some massage chairs and shaving station (if we can get them) and combine with the batting practice. Utilizing both venues is normally more expensive than just the Presidents Club, but I made sure they will be honoring our original contract with pricing. If this is not a problem, I will be going to the stadium most likely on Monday to view the Diamond Club. If anybody can join me for another set of eyes, that would be great. Also, this is probably a good time to think about any other "freebies" we can get from the Park, as they are definitely listening, and probably in a "giving" mood. Thoughts?
