The materials and ballot for Yale's 2012 Alumni Fellow election will be
distributed in late March. As part of Yale's major Sustainability
Strategy for the environment, Yale has gone "green" with the election
process and distributes all ballots electronically unless an alumnus/a
specifically requests a paper ballot.


You do not need to do anything to receive the ballot electronically in
late March. Your materials and ballot will be distributed to this e-mail
address.


If there is an alternate e-mail address you prefer, please go to
http://www.aya.yale.edu/myinfo to update your contact information on the
Association of Yale Alumni website.


If you really want your materials and ballot by U.S. mail, you may
request them by accessing the following link before 5:00 p.m. on March

Corporation, a firm that is expert in providing these services to
universities, corporations, and nonprofit organizations, to manage the
