My Dad has never apologized for the the military. He was asked about the timing of the operation and gave the reason "why now."

Why did dad say we only did this due to hostages deteriorating condition?


He should have said ” lawless criminals and savages who deprive Americans of their liberty are not safe anywhere. Wherever they hide, no matter how remote, we will hunt them down like animals and rescue our citizens who are put in harm’s way.”


Dad should not have to apologize for our military’s efforts.
