I hope this note finds you well! Josh mentioned that you have been very busy over the past few weeks so I wasn't sure if you've had a chance to read my previous email.

I wanted to quickly follow up on your kind offer to meet for coffee or lunch. Any day works well for me as my work schedule is pretty flexible, however, from 2/16-2/20, Josh and I will be out of town on a much anticipated vacation.
