Michael Andrews wanted me to meet with the below guy who I thought might be a registered rep and a potential TPMer but he is more of an analyst type. That said, he may be a good contact and his father runs a large wealth management firm. Also, he forwarded a deck of a friend's TPM firm for our reference. Eric D. I really enjoyed the conversation and can’t tell you how much I appreciate your consideration. Although it took a little time for things to come together, my impression is that you and team are looking to leverage your access to capital, and to a wide range of high-quality alternative managers, by (initially) launching a 3rd Party Marketing organization. I assume that the revenue model is that you will seek some combination of a retainer from the funds on the platform as well as a ‘cut’ of the dollars invested, which is brilliant based on what you told me about the history of Rosemont Seneca and in consideration of the economics of the model. Because my background is predominately in long-only equities, I honestly don’t know if I am the right person to help you build out the business. I am, however, very interested in joining the firm and would love to keep a dialogue going as you continue to figure out your internal needs. As a result of my investment experience and my familiarity with a broad range of managers, I believe I can add value in a bunch of different ways and bring an interesting perspective to the team. I am also at a point in my career where I would very much enjoy the entrepreneurial challenge. Thank you again for all of your help and consideration and, whatever happens, please let me know if there is ever anything that I can do to help along the way. Although it is a much smaller firm that is focused on emerging managers, I have attached a presentation from a friend at 4 Peaks Capital / MS Howells to see if it sparks any ideas. I have also come across a bunch of impressive smaller, and often earlier-stage, managers over the years and have a few good contacts in the fund-of-funds industry, if interested. All the best, Dan
