Gents,

When I met with Founder's fund this week they thought one of their
portfolio co's could be a good fit with us:

www.climate.com

It has some high quality backers and we would add a different set of
relationships and resources which FF thought would be attractive.

I also think we can get in www.palantir.com and am having a conversation
with the company this week.

Another interesting pipeline deal is Anchor Free, which is a Wifi security
company that is growing and profitable. It's founded by two Russians and
Sergei Brin's family offices suggested we take a look at it.

Finally, OSI is back and we are putting another offer on the table with
Riverwood this week.
