Did you see this? Yesterday The Washington Post reported, "In Md. governor's race, Brown prematurely claims support of building trades unions".

This shouldn't be surprising because Brown also prematurely claimed success on the rollout of the Maryland Health Exchange. In fact, he's still calling it a success on his own website!

The latest poll confirms what we knew all along, Democratic voters are hungry for real leadership and Doug's record of accomplishment is resonating.

Yesterday, we released the latest polling numbers in Maryland's governor's race, which show a dramatic shift in momentum in favor of Doug - Brown has moved from a 23 point lead two months ago to a single digit lead as of last week.

Now that voters are just starting to pay attention, they are taking stock of the Lt. Governor's ineffective leadership and Doug's extraordinary record of accomplishment around issues core to our democratic values, resulting in a dramatic drop in support for Brown.

Significantly, among those who fault Brown for this failure, Doug leads the race 29 percent to 22 percent suggesting this fast moving trend will continue as the voters learn more of substance about the candidates each day -- resulting in a win for Gansler/Ivey on June 24th.

Of course, we will continue to work tirelessly to get our message out to the voters but we need your support to get the job done.
