EMAIL DETAILS

Hi again,
MSNBC needs to know by 2pm today. Erin did bring up a good point that they
could try and get one of these shows for next week for you a Rick to do
together... that might be a good idea!

Hi Joan –

Apologies for all the calls and emails today. Really appreciate your
patience!

I’m heading out to catch the Acela to NYC but will be on cell and email (if
you call and I don’t respond it’s likely only because I’m in a tunnel or
something like that).

One note: MSNBC (for both Andrea Mitchell and Jansing & Co.) need to know
by *2pm EST today* whether Hunter will be available or not. If he’s not,
that’s completely fine. Does that seem doable?

If he’d prefer to do one of these shows, but with someone else, we can
always look to see whether he and Rick could do it together next week (but
I’m not sure if that’s doable for Hunter scheduling-wise?).

Overall, we’re just so grateful to him for making this trip to NYC on
behalf of WFP USA. Morning Joe is going to be a great appearance and hugely
helpful to the Live Below the Line campaign!

Thanks again,

Erin
