FYI, talked to Ben yesterday and he is working with a company in Ethiopia that just got the contract to supply all the smart meters in Ethiopia (2 million I believe). The guy running the company has experience from the US in smart meters and it is going to be a Power Africa project with backing from the Credit Development Authority. The guy is looking for $6 million in start up funds. I am doing a call with Dan and Ben on Tuesday to see if some of Dan's less conservative investors would be interested. The company has no revenue - just the contract with the Ethiopian government and US government backing - so I can't imagine it is an RSTP play.

Sounds like an exciting opportunity for the right investor.
