EMAIL DETAILS

Separately, I've now run the conflicts check on the tribe. We should be good to go and have Schiller approval to move forward. We still need to run the admin traps, engagement, etc, but I think we are clear to have an initial conversation with them.

We'd also want an engagement fee for them, I would think, especially given the sensitivity of the project.

I prepared them for that- what is a typical ask- and I'll let them know prior to the call what they should expect.
