ALCON,
O1 FITREPS are due in May.
Since we trained on Fitreps; I now expect EAST members to be able to provide input on Navfit98. (Make sure you have correct one)
O1s start these now and send up your chain if you have not already.

* Remember you can put in some stuff you do at your NOSC when not drilling with EAST. Ie. Leadership positions and duties at NOSC, instruction you performed for NOSC...
1. Top portion should be filled out correctly.
2. Include MOB from RUAD as instructed.
3. Make sure you have your Midterm Counseling date filled out!
Box 30 and 31 DATE Counselor LNAME, First initial Second initial.

Remember to make a root and file in Navfit; and when emailing change the file extension to .mdx then attach- looks like you killed document... but you did not.
If you want to open again in Navfit you change file extension back to .mdb. before you open Navfit and open document.
