> Hello Hunter, Eric and Marc. > > I wanted to update you regarding very important and positive information relative to two "spearheading" revenue opportunities for BlackRidge that you may find helpful. > > > DOD-Army/DISA > > BlackRidge feels it now has insight into and confidence with anticipated funding of approximately $22,800,000 from Army/DISA prior to FY year end September 2014. > This initial 2014 purchase is for licensing and warranties and has been brought through larger security legislation that is budgeted, approved and will be funded by Army/DISA. > This BlackRidge total was previously sponsored and approved by Army in 2013. Importantly, we have just received word this morning that DISA has transferred monies to Army for funding. In other words, specifications, install and monies are now all in one place. We have previously been quite conservative in our numbers while waiting for this notification. > The final gating item prior to BlackRidge funding will be demonstration of a 100gig gateway scheduled for June 2014. > This is part of a larger 3-5 year purchase totaling from $35,000,000-$45,000,000 for BlackRidge. > > As I have suggested previously, my fellow Board Member and former DOD Cyber Chief Bob Lentz (on the larger DOD Cyber task force ) is available to offer you further insight. > > > NASDAQ > > BlackRidge completed installation and satisfactory testing with NASDAQ (at NASDAQ expense to include funding for a BlackRidge onsite engineer for 30 days) on March 31st. > As a result of the successful test, NASDAQ will present BlackRidge as part of its security stack solution to 15 of its overseas exchanges next week. NASDAQ intends on including BlackRidge as part of its managed services offering for resale to customers running their own exchanges. They anticipate $500,000 of revenue prior to any installations. Further, NASDAQ has told BlackRidge that the broader universe of 100 brokerage and 50+ exchanges dealing with NASDAQ will subsequently be utilizing BlackRidge in various forms. > > > Further details can be found in the attached---please let me know if BlackRidge can provide you any further information. > > > > Kind Regards, > Scott
