I apologize for any confusion.

The most critical approvals were the five (5) referenced in my letter of December 31, 2014. Having received those we are awaiting the standard permits.

Had we received the standard permits when anticipated our opening would have been late summer which, as you pointed out to us, would not be ideal in Washington, D.C.

Our current estimated opening date is September 19, 2014. If we don’t receive final permits and approvals by April 30 that date could move to October 14, 2014.

Please let me know your thoughts.

We are confused because the letter acknowledging receipt of our investments in early January suggested permits were in order, however, this delay has been considerable & it does not appear that any construction has even been initiated which is concerning & unfortunate.

Hopefully Fall opening is still a possibility.

Just thought that I would check with you.
