EMAIL DETAILS

You will most likely need to sign one additional letter attesting to the entity which you will receive funds to. Awaiting details on that.

Boies looks good. The engagement letter should also include the broad strokes outline of the scope. We also need to schedule Nicoli call for tomorrow. We had said 10am or 11am tomorrow. Let me know what works for you and Boies so I can relay to Burisma. As soon as we have scheduled we can send letter.

>> Thanks, Hunter. So I think our ordinary arrangement for a matter like this would be an up-front engagement fee along the lines you’ve described below, plus billing our hourly rates. Is that what you had in mind? Or were you thinking more like a $100k flat fee for all of the work?
>>
>> Let’s also discuss the Casino matter. I assume they are ok paying our standard rates? We’d also need to do an engagement fee with them.
