Hi all, This is Ben from Bohai. I am writing to you to share some information in the energy sector we think you might be interested in. Yesterday evening, Jonathan and I had a meeting with Mr LUO Weizhong, the General Manger of CNOOC Gas & Power Group (“CNOOC Gas & Power”). Mr LUO informed us that as the third largest LNG purchaser in the world, CNOOC Gas & Power are making large cross boarder investments in conventional gas resources, shale gas resources, LNG terminals and related infrastructures. Until now, CNOOC Gas & Power has made investments worth USD4.5 bln in Australia in partnership with British Gas. It is trying to find investment opportunities in regions with abundant resource and friendly political environment such as Australia, Canada, Mozambique, Tanzania, and east Russia etc. CNOOC Gas & Power welcomes Bohai as strategic partner to make cross boarder investments side by side. If you have deal opportunities regarding natural gas in the region mentions above, please let us know and have a discussion. Best Regards. Ben
