The BHR board meeting will take place in Beijing on Jan. 18th, 2019 (Friday) and if Hunter is able to attend, let us know his arrival and departure dates (also from which city he will be departing and his preferred airline if there is one) and we can arrange the logistics from our end.

I am re-attaching the board materials in the event the last email went amiss. Hard copies will be made available on the date of the meeting.
