Looking quickly at the link it doesn't seem problematic to have us associated with it - Brennan Center is very legit. I leave it to Hunter to decide if he wants to list his name on the host committee. Timing wise it is up to Erica. The 4:15 meeting could probably be done in Hunter's office or somewhere like the Ritz. Depends on logistics and timing you and Erica work out. Don't see any reason why it can't work. Eric D.
