Dear R.,

Earlier this week, I delivered our State of the State address and outlined our plan to move Maryland forward stronger into the new economy.

Over the course of these past four years, virtually every Maryland family has been impacted in some way by the tremendous challenges we've faced together as a people.

As we look forward to the next four years, and beyond, every Marylander has a role to play in our recovery. I hope you'll take time to watch the address and learn more about our plan to move Maryland forward.
