Ok, thanks. Last question: is Vadim also the person we should list as the best client contact? If not, who would that be (and phone/email for that person). Sorry for so many questions. We’re almost there.

Thanks, Hunter. One follow-up: is Archiepiskopou the best billing contact? If so, what is his email and phone number as well? Our forms ask for that. Thanks much.

Thanks, Hunter. So I think our ordinary arrangement for a matter like this would be an up-front engagement fee along the lines you’ve described below, plus billing our hourly rates. Is that what you had in mind? Or were you thinking more like a $100k flat fee for all of the work?

Let’s also discuss the Casino matter. I assume they are ok paying our standard rates? We’d also need to do an engagement fee with them.

Ok- I think Burisma is prepared for an engagement fee in the 100K range as their initial needs would most likely be limited to Crisis/ Gov't team.

I would think both. I’m not sure what the standard is. But we’ll need to settle on an amount for the engagement letter (we specify the engagement fee and billing structure in each letter).

I can also reach out to Brille and see if he has guidance.
