We are pleased to report that the Center for U.S. Global Leadership has successfully completed the 2013 Audit and the 2013 IRS Form 990. The Finance Committee recently met with the Auditors from Rogers & Company, and we have approved all the documents.

The audit once again went very smoothly. Rogers & Company issued a clean, unqualified opinion, and they did not identify any deficiencies related to internal controls. For your review and information we have attached the Form 990. It is required that the 990 be sent to the full board for review prior to submission.
