I spoke to Doug Manor at Neuberger Berman moment ago who is home recovering
from food poisoning (bad salad) but is doing better and doing reference
calls.

He asked that we resend him the fund docs as well as the Counsyl Series D
docs such that they can start working on them in parallel.

He said they did not have an IC meeting this week because some folks were
not in yet due to the holiday weekend but that they will be making a go/no
go on the fund and the deal by early next week. He anticipates there may be
some questions coming out of the IC meeting so they may not have a
definitive answer on Monday.

He said what is "great" in this situation is that we have met 4 IC
committee members and most managers do not get to meet as many folks until
they are sometimes as many as 2-3 fund cycles with NB (thank you Suzanne).

He also said the reference calls are all going very well.

I updated him on GS's increased commitment and that some of our GPs are
putting more money in directly. He said it was good to know they might be
able to increase the Counsyl round above $50mm if we need to accommodate
them. He said $20mm might be on the high side of what they would do
directly into the deal but its really too premature to talk specific
numbers until after the IC meeting.

Positive energy on the call. We have put our best foot forward here.
