Extra Tickets released for Galway Peace Proms

Due to popular demand a very limited number of extra tickets for the sold out Galway Peace Proms have been released by Ticketmaster.


The Cross Border Orchestra will play two very special shows in Leisureland - Galway on Saturday 12th of February at 3pm and 8pm. Having sold out weeks before the shows, additional seating has been added.

Tickets for The Dublin "Peace Proms" in The Helix, Dublin and Leisureland, Galway have sold several weeks in advance.

With tickets selling fast for the remainder of the concerts, we would advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

CBOI Conducts Nationwide Music Workshops

This week and throughout January, thousands of primary school children from all around Ireland have participated in a choral workshops with renowned conductor
Maestro Gearid Grant.


7,000 children from 200 schools throughout Ireland north and south have been participating in the CBOI\u2019s music education programme since last September. The programme culminates in a National Tour this February.

\u201cPeace Proms\u201d is a musical and cultural celebration and provides a unique platform for young people to showcase their talent while promoting peace, unity and tolerance through music. The performance will be directed by Ireland\u2019s leading youth conductor Maestro Gearid Grant, and will feature some of Ireland\u2019s leading soloists as well as Drum and Piping Corps.

Teachers and students have been working hard on the music for several months now and the standard this year has been amazing. February's "Peace Proms" concerts are shaping up to be nothing short of spectacular. We hope you will join us for this very special occasion.
