What end are you talking about? I think we are all on the same team.


They think it’s for the Public Sector. I told them it would not make sense
to hire us for one or two meeting for the USPS, so they needed to do a 6
month commitment. I would think it’s sort of moot – we are going to give
the $12,500 worth of work each month for 6 months. It’s up to us to put a
limit on the time and activities we do for them for that price.

What it comes down to is does NCR think this $12,500/6 month engagement is
for just USPS or the entire public sector. I think we're clear on our end
that this should only be for USPS and therefore, I assume, the SOW should
reflect that. Is that correct?

I’d have general language around Advice and Business Development efforts
supporting NCR in the Public Sector marketplace for a period of 6 months. I
would think similar to how the HNTB is structured/stated.


I think the opportunity for us is to see if we can be effective for them in
the next 6 months. If we are, we could have multiple engagements with them
in the Public Sector and beyond. If we are not, then we’d likely not expand
after 6 months.

into this scope of work" I wasn't sure. Not sure working on both USPS and
Amtrak for this price is worth it. Largely depends on the scope of work.
Think we shouldn't leave the impression that it would all fall under this.
Maybe change last two words from "as needed" to "as appropriate."?

Two things – have the end date be 6 months from the start date. Even though
we may not technically be able to meet with folks after March 4th, we will
still provide advice to NCR on the USPS account. Also, Eric can be the
