Hunter - thanks again for leading our LBL effort and for taking time to appear on Andrea Mitchell - you were great (as usual). As discussed, following is a suggested email that you could send to members of the Executive Committee concerning the compensation review.


Dear Members of the Executive Committee, (Sandy, Bonnie & Randy)

In accordance with Rick's annual performance review, I suggest that we also review his current compensation. The last compensation review was conducted in December 2012 where we agreed to increase his annual salary by 10% from $260 to $286K. I recommend that we increase his annual compensation from $286 to $305K (an increase of approximately 7%), retroactive to February 1st (his anniversary date). According to WFP USA's HR Department, the range for CEO compensation within similar organizations in the DC area is $270-310K. Please confirm that you agree with this recommendation. Thank you.
