Checking with Katie to see Hunter’s availability this Thursday 2PM Pacific for a video conference call.

Hunter, it would be great if you can join this meeting. Their CEO is visiting our office. This is our second meeting and they are moving fast with good interest.

Please let us know.

Thanks,
-Will

It would be great to bring in Devon and Hunter on the Polycom video conference. Because CDIB is moving fast, let’s make this as high impact as possible.

He said, “we would be very lucky to get one direct co-invest deal every two years per fund”. He really likes Counsyl because the profile fits them well: $50m in trailing rev, Asia/China market expansion opportunity, and they like the Healthcare IT space. He understands he has to invest in the fund in order to get access to Counsyl. We came out the meeting feeling very positive. It is a great sign that he moved quickly on signing the MNDA.

> Hi Suzanne. I apologize that I wasn’t available yesterday but I’m flexible rest of the week and would be interested in discussing Counsyl and other opportunities with the team. By the way the CEO of our group is in town Thursday and Friday and that would be a good opportunity if one of those days would work. If tomorrow is the only day that works, that is fine as well. Let me know. Thanks.
