Members of the Finance Committee:

Greetings. I know you have all been waiting anxiously for the 2011 budget
materials. Attached to this email are three files. One file is the
proposed 2011 budget. The second file is the personnel compensation
document for 2011. The third file is an updated income projection. You will
recall that the board passed an interim budget in December of $2.7 million.
We have since revised that number downwards decreasing both our income and
expenses. Please have a look at these documents. We need to have at least
one meeting of the Finance Committee before the Feb. 10th meeting to discuss
and approve the formal budget for the year. A second email will follow this
one with the materials summarizing the finances for 2010.
