Okay. Devon and I just spoke and I’m not going to include in this language on Burisma because he and I agree it’s inappropriate considering your role on the Board and the fact that BSF’s role will thereby include advising you directly (i.e. you are part of the Client).

Hunter – What about whether to include your name in the same language in the Klewin engagement agreement? Do you want it in that one or no? The answer probably just depends on whether you want to stay involved in that matter vs just handing it off to us once it gets going.

I would include my name. I cc'd Devon to get his thoughts. I plan on joining the Board- but contingent on Burisma engaging BSF as legal counsel.

Hunter – See below for a sentence in the Burisma engagement letter related to the 100K engagement fee. My question is whether your name should be listed there or whether you would rather leave it out (because, for example, you are discussing your relationship with Burisma via Rosemont or some other entity/format). “The Client agrees that this fee is to be paid for the purpose of ensuring that Firm attorneys, including [HUNTER?,] Karen Dunn, Michael Gottlieb and Heather King are “on call” to provide legal services to Client at any time during the time period of the Engagement, and is not paid in consideration for the provision of any legal services by the Firm.”

Hunter – It just hit me that I have not yet conveyed to you my sincere thanks to your for bringing these two new clients to the firm and to our group specifically. I think they are both good fits and we can help them, plus they are a great way for all of us to get to work with you!

With gratitude,
Heather
