Three Course Delamotte Champagne Dinner
Saturday, April 26th | Beginning at 6:30 pm

Thank you to those who have already signed up for the Delamotte Champagne Dinner. If you are free this Saturday, please join us for an evening of food and bubbly beginning at 6:30 pm.

Chef David has designed a three course menu around the truly exceptional Champagnes of Delamotte. We will begin the evening with oysters, clams and shrimp, followed by dinner in 2118 featuring scallops and duck confit. Each course will be paired with a specific Champagne from Delamotte.

Reservations are required and limited to the first 20 people. The cost of the event is $125 per person plus tax and service charges.

History of Delamotte Champagne

Located in the Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger district of Champagne, The Salon/Delamotte house has been producing bubbles since 1760. Known as the finest producer of Champagne in the world, Salon produces only vintage Champagne in exceptional vintage years. In the years that Salon chooses not to produce a Champagne, Delamotte is born. Ranging from blanc de blancs, non-vintage brut, vintage brut, and rose, there is sure to be something for everyone's palate.
