We are thrilled to celebrate our 2014 American Diabetes Association’s Father of the Year Honoree, Craig M. Spitzer and his extraordinary commitment to fatherhood, leadership and community service. We will be honoring him May 29th in Philadelphia for his dedication to our mission to find a cure and help all with diabetes. If you cannot attend the Father of the Year Awards dinner, you can make a gift on his behalf by:

-Sponsoring the event for $5000 (Bronze Level)
-Donating a table back to the ADA for $3500
-Placing an Ad in the Tribute Journal for $2000 (Artwork must be recieved by 5/7)
-Making a general donation of $100, $500, $1,000 or more on Craig’s behalf
